At Studio Roo, I care about one thing: that you love what you purchased. If you open your package and your heart doesn’t do a tiny happy dance… that’s not an option for me.

And here’s the truth: I don’t even want the item back. If you don’t love it, keep it, gift it, donate it, turn it into a tiny shrine — whatever makes you happiest. It’s a wasted expense to ship it back, and I’d rather you keep the joy than the hassle.

My only goal is that you love your experience with Studio Roo. If something isn’t right, I’ll make it right. Always.

If your order isn’t what you hoped for, just reach out within 14 days of delivery. I’ll refund you, replace it, or help you find something you adore — and you can keep the original item.

Condition of Items

Since you’re keeping the item, there’s no inspection needed. If something arrived damaged or incorrect, tell me — I’ll fix it immediately.

Custom Orders

Custom pieces are made just for you, but even then: if something feels off, talk to me. I’ll always try to make it right.

Sale Items

Sale items are covered by the same love-first promise. If you don’t love it, I’ll refund you — and you keep the item.

Shipping

No return shipping needed (yay!). If something arrived damaged or wrong, I’ll cover replacement shipping.

🇪🇺 EU Customers — Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Withdrawal Period)

EU law gives you a formal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Studio Roo fully honors this.

Your EU Rights

You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days. You’ll receive a full refund once the item is returned.

How to Use Your EU Right to Cancel

Email me at welovestudioroo@outlook.com within 14 days stating you want to cancel. You then have another 14 days to send the item back.

Exceptions (EU Law)

The EU right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized items

• Items used beyond basic inspection

• Earrings or hygiene-sensitive items once opened (unless defective)

Important: Even though EU law requires a return for the legal refund, Studio Roo’s personal policy still applies — if you simply don’t love your item and aren’t invoking the legal withdrawal right, I’ll refund you and let you keep it.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and usually appear within 3–7 business days.
